Returns
We want every player to feel confident with their gear. If you’re not satisfied with your Puck Wizard Elite Hockey Stick Wax, we’ll make it right.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.

• To start a return, contact us at elitestixwax@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and send you an email confirmation.

• Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it free of charge.
